Delete your Parkie account

Deleting your account is permanent and can't be undone.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

iPhone

1. Open Parkie and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap the settings (gear) button.
3. Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Android

1. Open Parkie and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted right away and you're signed out.

Can't open the app?

Email support@parkieapp.com with the subject "Delete my Parkie account", from the email address on your account (or tell us your username, and whether you used Sign in with Apple or Google). We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details, profile, username and profile photo.
• Your posts, photos, videos, comments, likes, reshares and poll votes.
• Your ride logs, ratings and reviews, park visits and step counts, badges, passports and passholder details.
• Your friends list, group memberships, meetup RSVPs, ride alerts and notification tokens.

Data may stay in our providers' encrypted backups for a limited time before it's overwritten. If you reshared someone else's post, their post stays. We may keep a minimal record if the law requires it or to prevent abuse (for example, if an account was banned).

Just want less data in Parkie?

You don't have to delete your account: you can delete individual posts, comments and ride logs, remove your profile photo and bio, and turn off location, Health and notifications at any time.
